Scott and Amy – married!

Scott and Amy were married on December 31, 2011. What a perfect way to wrap up 2011 and our wedding season! Scott and Amy are the most joyful and adorable couple. They were so happy and laid-back throughout the day as they were surrounded by so many friends and family supporting and celebrating the new couple. The ceremony was held at First Baptist Church in St. Paul.

Their reception was held at the Maplewood Community Center.

As favors for their guests, Scott drew greeting cards. Everyone got to take home a packet of cards!

Congratulations Scott and Amy! May your days be filled with joy as your embark on a new adventure together!

Drew and Jenny – married!

Drew and Jenny were married on December 22, 2011. The day was sunny and beautiful! This was our second winter wedding this December and we still had a lack of snow for the MN area. Oh well, a beautiful day is a beautiful day! Their ceremony was held at the Woods Chapel in Orno, MN with the reception at the Minnetonka Community Center. Here are a few of our favorites from the day. Enjoy!

Brice and Kristin – married!

Brice and Kristin were married on December 16, 2011. What a fun, happy day! We are lucky enough to name Kristin and Brice among our friends as well as our clients. I began in the morning at Kristin’s parents’ home for hair and make up.

Brice and the gentlemen got ready at the church, Incarnation Lutheran Church in Shoreview.

Pockets!

We did get to go outside for a few pictures. We were hoping for a little snow for the background…being that it is December in Minnesota. Too bad the little snow piles left over from November is all we got. Oh well, Brice and Kristin totally made the pictures sparkle even without the snow

I kind of went crazy with the ceremony pictures…I normally don’t pull so many for the blog post, but there were so many great pieces to their ceremony that I couldn’t help myself!

Brice and Kristin served communion to all their guests…it was beautiful to watch.

The reception was just down the road at Kozlak’s

Dan and Shannon – married!

Dan and Shannon were married on Saturday, November 5, 2011. Both their ceremony and reception took place at the Millennium Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. It was beautiful and classy with a simple elegance that made the day sing.

Check out these fantastic programs! Dan did the design on them and they turned out wonderfully!

The ceremony took place in the Dome Ballroom as the sun was setting over the city.

I always love live music at a dance, but this was awesome! The band that played was Alex Rossi and the Root City Band…the group that Dan also plays with. Dan and Shannon have the most talented friends! They had guest musicians joining them through out the evening – Amazing!

I couldn’t decide on only one ring shot so here are my two favorites!

Craig and Jennie – married!

Craig and Jennie were married on October 15, 12011. It was a perfect fall day with a terrific group of people. The ceremony was held at the Como Conservatory in the Sunken Gardens. We gathered with the wedding party before hand for some pictures. The gentlemen arrived first and Alan accompanied them as the did a little animal watching at the zoo…

The reception was held at The Happy Gnome…it was a perfect place for Craig and Jennie! Jennie and Craig love artesian beer and the Happy Gnome with it’s 70 tap brews was a terrific fit!

You may have seen a unity candle or unity sand ceremony, but have you seen a unity beer pour…black and tan!

Ben and Lauren – married!

Lauren and Ben were married on October 8, 2011. What a fantastic couple! We began the morning at the Double Tree Hotel in St. Louis Park as lauren had hair and makeup done. Then it was off to The Woods Chapel for the ceremony.

I loved Lauren’s dress! The skirt looked like cascades of water as the dress flowed in the wind…and Lauren looked amazing in it!

Ben and Lauren wrote their own vows to each other and neither knew what the other was going to say. It was so beautiful to hear their words coming from the heart!

The reception was held at Golden Valley Golf and Country Club. I loved Lauren style…all the details were perfect!

Congratulations Ben and Lauren! Thank you so much for including us on your wedding day! We wish you many blessings in your future!

Jon and Whitney – married!

Whitney and Jon were married on October 1, 2011 in Birchwood, Wisconsin. The day was an absolutely perfect crisp, fall day! Both the ceremony and reception were held at a beautiful spot called On Twin Lakes…a beautiful family farm.

The ceremony was out side on the lawn…it was perfect!

The reception was held in the beautiful red barn surrounded by a host of lawn games and fantastic details!

Theo and Leslie – married!

We had been looking forward to Leslie and Theo’s wedding ever since their engagement session last fall…they are such a fantastic vibrant couple and we knew their wedding day would be lovely! And it was! The day was a perfect, early fall day. I began in the morning at Leslie’s parent’s house where the ladies gathered for hair and make up. Hair was done by Cori of Salon Ori and makeup was done by Bethany Brihn.

The gentlemen got ready at Leslie and Theo’s home before heading over to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church for a few pictures and the ceremony.

Leslie is stunning!

Mount Olivet was the same church at which Lelie’s parents were married!

The reception was held at the Varsity Theater in Dinkytown.

The Varsity is such a unique space! I love the character of it!

Ring pictures were fun and I couldn’t decide on just one…so here’s two!

Jason and Sam – married!

Sam and Jason were married on September 10, 2011. It was a lovely day and a lovely couple! The morning began at O’Bella Salon in Blaine for hair and makeup. Then we headed over to Redeemer Lutheran Church for the rest of getting ready, some pictures, and the ceremony!

After the ceremony, before the reception, we stopped at a park in Chmplin for some additional pictures.

I love their reception shoes! Fantastic!

In addition to their rings, Jason and Sam also got tattoos of each other’s initials on their ring fingers…too cuite!

Their reception was held at Greenhaven golf course in Anoka.
